Clos Ostler is a family-owned monopole on a north-facing escarpment of marine limestone in North Otago.

Dry-grown vines and an extended, cool growing season shape the wines. Our five Pinot Noir clones are harvested by hand according to their maturity: 115, 667, 777, UCD6 and Abel.

EOS is powerful and ageworthy, selected for perfume and structure, centred on clones 667 and 777.

Caroline’s reflects the season through all five Pinot Noir clones grown within our Clos.

Waitaki is an occasional release, selected for freshness and savoury character.
